If you share some files .xml check before that there is not the name of your avatar, u can open and edit a file .xml from the Notepad program on ur computer. and u should do the same with the wearable that there u can see the UUID of the avatar.

creator_id 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000
owner_id 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000
last_owner_id 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000

Many of us already know this but it's always good to remind as well prevents the identity of our avatars.

right click any prim / sculpt your avatar attached
example
right click any prim / eXtinction / export. xml / select the prims you want and then save as

from your inventory right click the folder you want to share
