New Support Hours of Operation

[Posted 3:55 PM PDT, 28 October 2016] Beginning tomorrow, Saturday, October 29th, Premium and Concierge Live Chat services, in addition to Concierge Phone Support, will be changing their hours of operation. The new hours of operation will be:

5:00AM PT - 3:00PM PT, 7 days a week.

As always, support case submission will remain available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
