Well...... actually ^^
The head comes with two layers. the base head for the skin and the cosmetic layer for the eylashes and makeup.
You can select the eyelash face separately if you try hard enough and apply the uuid.
You can find the head here: http://goonsquad.co/Thread-Genus-Strong-Head and play around with it in Blender.
